Nina joined Kirkwood Real Estate as the Managing Broker in 1983. She returned to full time sales in 2004 and now focuses on her favorite part of the business - helping buyers and sellers accomplish their real estate goals.
The last 28 years have been an exciting journey for both Nina and Kirkwood. There has been tremendous change and yet the important things have remained unchanged. Kirkwood will always be a very special place with extraordinary beauty, an exceptional mountain and a wonderful community. It is the kind of place that is hard to leave.
Kirkwood is a place for which Nina has unlimited knowledge and passion. She knows the place, the history and most of all the people. She was involved in the set up and sales of all of the new residential projects and neighborhoods since 1983 and she guided Kirkwood Real Estate to become the professional and service oriented organization it is today. Real estate marketing is one of her specialties.
Although real estate often leaves little free time, Nina feels that enjoying the natural abundance of the area is revitalizing. During the winter she manages to fit in a lot of skiing, especially a few runs every powder morning and although it is the winter that first attracted her to Kirkwood, it is the summer that captured her heart. Exploring the trails and lakes of Kirkwood and the Carson Pass area is a treasured part of every summer.
